Coconut Monkey Mix

Your kids will go bananas over this healthy, fun snack mix!

Ingredients

6 cupsJOLLY TIME Pop Corn, popped
1 cupflaked coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
1 tbspmargarine or butter, melted
1 tspsugar
1/8 tspsalt
pinchnutmeg
1 cupdried bananas

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
  2. Spread coconut in a 13x9-inch baking pan, breaking up any clumps as needed.
  3. Bake 10 minutes or until edges of coconut begin to brown.
  4. Spread popcorn (remove any unpopped kernels) over coconut and sprinkle with melted butter; toss.
  5. Sprinkle popcorn mixture with sugar, salt and nutmeg; toss.
  6. Bake 5 minutes longer and toss with banana chips.
  7. Serve immediately or cool and store in an airtight container.
