Why Create a POP Moment?

My daughter has not seen The Breakfast Club, I have failed as a parent. We will sit down and watch it this weekend!
We popped in a movie while it was raining outside.
I remember standing at the stove with my family waiting for the sound of the first pop! As an adult I pledge to relive that thrill with that experience by cooking our pop corn the old fashioned way! Creating memories as well as a great movie night snack!

Family game night once a week. Winner picks dinner for next week's get together. Losers have to cook the dinner together.
All electronic gadgets are off and we are on the couch, even our fur baby, watching a good movie!

Playing softball in the yard with my 3 kids. We all have to take turns batting! That is their favorite part!
We popped outdoors for some family time at the state park. It was a very memorable and fun time and we plan to do it more often.
My husband & I like to connect with our boys by watching Classic Movies from our childhood (like Karate Kid). Of course, a movie isn't the same without some good old fashioned popcorn!
I pledge to spend more time with my children being silly!

Eating popcorn with my 2 furry dogs. I get a piece and i pop a piece into each of their mouths. They love it.
I plan of playing a popcorn eating contest with my kids and also flavor our popcorn with different food coloring and flavors. And have lots of quality time with my precious kiddos:)
Build a little fire in the backyard fire pit and roast some marshmallows for a sweet treat.
i will be having the kids go hunting for snack bags of popcorn that I hid around the house. It will be good exercise and Ii will let them know if they are "hot or cold."
Our POP moment will being dyed popcorn replacing the game pieces in a game a of SORRY.
Playing Freeze Dance, you have to catch popcorn in your mouth when you freeze!
I will have a slumber party and talk and laugh with my 4 kids while catching up on their days we do have this once a month and eat stuff we normally don't but it is good family time and popcorn with lots of butter is one of our favorites....

I stepped over to turn a movie on while the freshly popped popcorn sat on the counter. The kids were into the popcorn before long. I had a good laugh and we enjoyed our time together (and made another batch!)
We rode our bicycles to a local outdoor shopping area and spent the afternoon at our favorite spot chatting and reading.
Every Sunday afternoon, my husband and I sit down, make two bags of Jolly Time Pop Corn (Blast of Butter for him and Healthy Pop for me), get a soda and watch a movie. We have to prepare for the upcoming workweek by relaxing Sunday afternoon!

We love a challenge, we're going to guess how many kernels are in our big popcorn bowl and count them out before we much them up!
